“We where the second family to occupying this room and there where many things missing (sofa or chairs, tissue paper, mirror, etc). The owner was very good and tried her best to help. The cleaning person did not was the cups and/ or change the towels one day.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. It was close to restaurants, shops, and just around the corner from the Basilica di Santa Croce. When I first arrived and noticed there was no front desk, I was a little nervous, as I prefer having someone available in person. But Alessandra completely put my mind at ease.
