“We found the location very convenient. There’s a lot to do surrounding the hotel. The free breakfast was good, our room was very clean. The staff was delightful and very helpful. We were helped by Peta-Gay during our stay and she always had a smile and was very helpful. ”

“饭店不是很大，但干净便捷，设施齐全，边上就是电影院，还有超市，Spa，酒吧等，房间里有厨房可以自己做饭，虽然我没有做过，还有一个大冰箱，以后有机会再来。”

“The staff were great. The property was nice. My only issue is you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room. At other hotels I stayed at housekeeping automatically come in and clean your room without you having to request it. Also the bed pillows needed to be changed. The pillows were stink, and did not feel or smell clean at all. ”

“The area had some nice restaurants and stores within walking distance, some even across the street. Parking was behind the hotel at a public parking garage, there was not a attached enclosed walkway,nor is there a back entry until you have a key card. So I would suggest one person get out at the entrance and get a key and one go park The car and meet in the back. Not to bad unless the weather is bad.”

“The Pickle Factory and our room, Soda Pop, was AMAZING! It was an awesome, spacious room. The room was super clean. The location is perfect- lots of restaurants and bars are easily walkable. ”

“This hotel was simply great!. Great location to many restaurants, park and shopping. It was a unique boutique hotel with great friendly staff. Room and bed was super clean and comfortable. This is a small boutique hotel with great old building charm. Don't expect room service or concierge service. It was a Great hotel and we had an outstanding stay at this place.”

“Nearly everything about my stay was wonderful. From check-in to checkout, the people are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was attempting to get a coffee at the coffee bar took entirely too long (over 30 minutes). Two people working for the amount of customers on a Saturday morning is unacceptable (and one of them was so slow). Meanwhile, multiple dining room workers stood around right by the coffee bar.”

“Really nice, new, artsy hotel. Stayed here with family on a short trip to see the Cincincinatti Zoo. Staff was nice, rooms were very clean, parking was free, and there’s a food hall right next door with great dining options. I was surprised at how few guests were there. So, if you’re looking to book a big function, I’d bet they’d be able to accommodate. Seems like it would be a cool place for a wedding reception. ”
