“This is a perfect location to walk around downtown, have dining options at walking distance. Everything was perfect for my family trip. The only issue is the noise its close to walgreens that gets deliveries at like 5am and the noise is so bad it wakes you up.”

“The sofa-bed wasn't comfortable at all and some elements, such as window glass, chandeliers and the upper part of the partition wall were dirty or dusty. The access code to the apartment initially communicated by email was different from the one shown on the app, misleading us and forcing us to call customer service. “Suite was immaculate with impressive assortment of amenities including bowl of snacks & bag of ice in the freezer, nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower, dish soap, tabs for dishwasher & laundry detergent for in-suite laundry, sound machine. “We absolutely loved our stay. So much room for our family of 5. We loved waking up to stunning views of the Lake and city scape. The place was spotless when we arrived (kudos to the cleaning staff). Great location, walkable to so many things but also right on the red line. I don’t think we will be able to stay anywhere else during future trips to Chicago!”

“First of all, the location is perfect for easily getting around the majority of attractions we wanted to see. The unit is very clean. There is even a Jewel-Osco in the building, so grabbing supplies is quick and easy.The building (and apparently all high rises in Chicago) are regulated so either the heat is on or the cooling is on, the unit itself can't be switched.
