“House was wonderful. Big living room to all hang out in, as well as the dining room. Upstairs deck was very enjoyable. All that was missing was the lake view!! No street parking is a bummer; if you have a boat plan ahead! (This is a Tahoe thing, not just this house.) Plenty of space for parking regular vehicles. Close to the best beaches!”

“Overall I would describe this property as ok...didn't exceed or overly disappoint. Was some cleanliness issues like spider webs inside in multiple places leading to a spider dropping from the vaulted ceiling onto my mother's head. Which most in the group found funny but she didn't. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would expect from a premium location. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are below grade which caused cool evenings/ mornings in spring months. We were not able to find extra blankets or bedding……

“Home was very cozy and warm. Location was very convenient and close to the shore, playground, park, grocery store, etc... Each room had individual climate control which was terrific!”

“The location was convenient for shops and beaches, but the orientation of the home during the warm season was such that the patios were quite hot in the evenings when we returned from the lake. There is a strict rule to not be outside past 9pm, when the patio and lights were lovely. The cottage was well appointed and clean. The couch and beds were comfortable. A winter stay would be preferable, so the warmth of the upstairs room would be appreciated more. The check in and out process was a……
