“We had a great time staying in this rental. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The huge couch and coffee table were perfect for our family and little kids to puzzle and play games on nonstop. My husband and I enjoyed the joy in- super clean and beautiful under trees and surrounded by snow. The kitchen was nicely remodeled and clean. “The location was great. The property was in a very good condition and was clean. There were a few spots in the kitchen that needed more attention. The surrounding area was quiet and there was a golf course across the street that was great for walking. The pool area was a bit further that was not easy to walk to with kids since you need to walk by the road. Our biggest concern were the steps up to the loft inside the property. They were very steep and kind of hard to climb up and down. Overall,……

We communicated several times with the manager that we never received parking passes. We were told each day that they 'were on the way', but we never received them. 2.
