“When looking at staying for 7 days in Kona for an adult family of 4 we looked at resorts and we looked at vacation rentals. This property kept coming up and the only reason I didn’t book sooner was because it wasn’t directly on the water. There is a golf hole between the backyard of this property and the ocean. But the price was great for the amenities. The home has a private saltwater pool and hot tub, it has a great master bedroom and bathroom. It has all of the stuff you need in the kitchen.……

“This is the second time we have stayed at this unit. The owner takes very good care of this property. They have a lot of amenities with the unit for your stay. Easy walking to the pool and tennis courts. Items available for the beach.”

“Family of 10 was just right for this property, everyone had a bed including the pull-out couch. Enjoyed the sunsets everyday, lots of room on the balcony with a solar LED umbrella and BBQ. Some dirty pots on arrival and towels were pretty musty, corrected with cleaning, no big deal.Sliding balcony/patio doors need some maintenance as well as some windows but manageable. Parking was great for two vehicles, road in front is pretty steep but normal for the area. Would stay again for sure. ”
