“Property was very clean. Host provided many "extras" for things that may have been forgotten, which was incredibly convenient. The grocery store down the road had everything we needed and was only 4 minutes from the house. The screened-in porch was a godsend to protect from the bugs and surprisingly offered cooler temperatures on hotter days as well. Trails: All trails are appropriate for beginner hikers. I will mention the blue trail is very rocky and has lots of roots towards the flower……

“We spent a long weekend at the home for a girl's weekend spa visit and relaxation. The home was easy to navigate with everything easy to find (with lots of labels)! The pool/hot tub was wonderful on the one sunny day we had. The fireplace was cozy on the rainy days. Great place for a visit!”

“Best stay ever! The cottage was super cozy and cute! Meticulously decorated with a country vibe and felt welcomed. Super clean and felt safe using kitchen supplies. A very sweet hand written card with farm fresh eggs and a cute succulent was a nice surprise. When going for a walk to the river, all of the friendly neighbors waved at us! That doesn’t happen in NYC. We enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure. ”

“My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!”

“Wally's Cottage was perfect for my husband and dogs. The kitchen had everything needed to make a meal, the bed was very comfortable, the fenced in yard and gated deck were perfect to keep the dogs in or young child.I wished we spent more time in the backyard with the play shed, hot tub and chiminea. What a set up! We were appreciative of the home file provided that listed everything about the house and the area. Matt and Erin provided a lovely getaway in the pocono mountains.
