“Our experience at Lake Wanoka Resort in the Poconos was absolutely amazing! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway for my husbands birthday. It felt like a true home away from home. The peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The resort grounds are amazing. “I love hotel Wayne for its historical character, its distance to everything honesdale, and having the restaurant & bar downstairs with Paulies food directly behind it. The 2 bedroom apartment is over the wine room which is nice since it’s a private (and only 1 ) stairway. While there’s limited hotel accommodations, this one will give you everything you need. I will always upgrade from the standard room (which I’ve stayed in - there’s a reason for upgrading !)”

“lovely lake house. very quiet in secluded cove of the lake. clean, well stocked, AC worked well. water levels were low so that was a bummer so the lake access wasnt right out the door. but that has nothing to do with the home owner, but know the lake is a reservoir with varying water levels. still, house was super close to the marina and we were able to rent boats multiple days which was terrific. lower bedroom had a cot not a full twin as expected, but we made it work for our family of 5. ……
