“The staffing and service was amazing, but the clarification of which building is which is very confusing. Please make sure to double check with staffing about which of the three buildings you can go to. Also make sure to get a email of your code or you might be a bit stranded. It was my first trip out of country though, so it can be my fault as well! But the staffing helped me out a ton, and the first night they let me stay in another hotel room in Zaandam, which was extremely polite of……

“Loved the location! The windmills were directly across the water. The view was amazing. The room was extremely comfortable and it had a huge bathroom. Breakfast was included and was perfect for the morning. I loved how it came served on a tiered tray. This whole location is a must stay for anyone looking for a Netherlands experience. I will definitely stay here again.”

“What a wonderful stay! The hosts were so welcoming, making you feel like a guest in their home. My room was lovely and clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. I visited at Christmastime, and there were even a couple of decorations in the room. Breakfast was fantastic. If you are staying upstairs, the stairs are very narrow and steep, which made me a bit nervous with a big suitcase, but the kind host helped me carry my suitcase up and bring it back down. Without suitcases, the train station is……

“Ziet er mooi uit, maar het is allemaal niet even praktisch. Wel design, maar de balans is wel een beetje zoek. Kamer op begane grond en wel last gehad van rokers die buiten met de deur open stonden te roken. Ook maakt de voordeur veel herrie als die dicht gaat. Kamers niet bepaald sound proof.”

“At first I was a little worried as building had scaffold outside, But once inside it was a lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Check in completed quickly. Room was clean and comfortable and no noise from anywhere. 2 minute walk from sea front. Recommended ”
