“Stayed here for five nights with my family including two older kids and a toddler and it was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos: in great condition, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and some nice extras. The king size bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and the older kids loved their bunk beds. There's a unit above the rental but that was never an issue, the soundproofing was really good and the other guests all……

“This was the perfect location! So easy to get to the 101 and get in and out of Santa Barbara. If you need or want a lower key day, this spot is within walking distance to cute little spots in Summerland. Natty was extremely communicative and helpful. They sent a really beautiful guide with helpful tips and info if you don’t know the area.
