“Overall our stay was wonderful. I was there for an endurance run and had crew and pacers staying with us for part of the visit. There was a slight mix up with the cleaning company and when I arrived it hadn’t been fully cleaned. Jordan had this taken care of very quickly and reimbursed us for the delay in being able to check in. I would definitely recommend this property to others.”

“This property has everything you need for a family and friend’s vacation. We visited for a ski trip to Heavenly Ski Resort and were extremely satisfied with the property. It was a short 10 minute drive to the mountain. The only downfall to this property is that it is situated in mountain and if the weather is severe, driving can be sketchy. Other than that, everything was fantastic.”

“This is a gorgeous property. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The communications with the managers were excellent. The top condo was shut down due to a gas leak so we weren’t sure if we would have the entire building or we would be lacking the four bedrooms in that unit. They kept us well informed of the status and we finally did get to use the unit. Did I mention that there are an incredible number of stairs?”

“We had a bachelorette with couples and it was the perfect place to stay! There was 16 of us and all of us had our own rooms! Bathrooms were so nice and so much space! Plus it’s close to the Casinos! We definitely want to come back when we can! Game room was a blast, loved the hot tub and everything was just set up so well! Also easy check in! We had a blast and highly recommend this place!! ”

“Four of us seniors rented for a week. Owner quickly responded to a couple of items. We were less than 10 minutes from Heavenly’s Nevada side entrance to the ski area and close to an hour to other ski areas around Lake Tahoe. “We just finished a 3 night stay at this property in Round Hill (Zephyr Cove) & were so pleased with everything about the home. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms which means everyone has their own bathroom & was great! The quiet cul-de-sac location & neighborhood were wonderful for walking with a baby in a stroller & our dog. “We stayed for Spring break with a group of adults and children. Most of the children were ages 5-10 and they thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property, it was perfect for them and the adults. We were also travelling with my 18 month old which was a bit more challenging with the many staircases and nice finishes on everything but to be completely honest, it’s difficult going or staying anywhere with children that age! "The hotel was not what I expected. The building and rooms felt outdated, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel very relaxed during my stay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a satisfying experience."
