“The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! ”

“We stay here at least once a year for pucks and pups night at wesbanco arena. We bring our dog and the staff is always so kind!!!!”

“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“We’ve stated this properly several times and always have a good stay in the place is a little outdated but always clean was disappointed when we went to breakfast. They no longer had eggs and sausage just waffles that we’ve tried before and didn’t like we ended up going to McDonald’s”

“The whole experience was great. Haley at the check in was great. Very welcoming and great personality. Breakfast was very good. Coffee hot and gre a t flavor. Beds were firm and we slept well. ”

“We stay here a lot. This was the first time we had any issues, but they are small issues. 1. We tend to sleep in when we are visiting so the 830 AM vacuuming of the hallway wasn't too cool. 2. We used the pull-out bed in the couch. It was a bit disturbing to remove the cushions and find a very large amount of food scrapes and whatever else that stuff was on the bed. As I mentioned these were relatively minor issues. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.”
