“Karin truly goes above and beyond for her guests! Her house is SPOTLESS! It’s fully stocked and nice and cozy. We thought there were three bedrooms according to the listing but there are 2 bedrooms upstairs- one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with two twin beds. So we needed to use the pull out couch downstairs but it worked out just fine! This house is truly a 1900s home so you will hear creaks and squeaky doors- but also is so fun to see the horses right across the street! ”

“I had to travel to settle my cousin's estate and stayed here, only 20 minutes from my cousin's house. Lynn was a wonderful hostess, very friendly and amicable. Peaceful surroundings in Hudson County. Area restful, landscape and historical farmhouse. Thank you for enhancing my peace in an otherwise emotion situation. Many blessings,”

“Had a great weekend with family ”

“My brother lives in Wallkill, NY and he got married on his property this past weekend. We stayed at this home and really enjoyed ourselves. It was only 20 minutes from Wallkill. The home is an older home, but the owners have done a great job with the renovations. It was perfect for us and our 3 kids (20, 8, & 7). The girls loved the record player. It was their first time listening to vinyl and we jammed to Michael Jackson’s Thriller album (perfect for mid October) and some of Elton John’s……

“The home and property were the perfect place to spend Christmas. There were two bedrooms on the first floor and three more on the second floor. We had a wonderful time. I was able to bake and prepare many special meals and goodies. The host had a few beautiful decorations for the holiday which gave it a feeling of home. The Christmas tree farm behind the property was picturesque for the season and the neighbors had lights in their trees and around their home.”

“Very comfortable with multiple bedrooms and a very large dining table - perfect if traveling with larger group. Very close to road, but traffic at night is not an issue.”
