“The house was exactly as described online. Clean and comfortable for our entire family. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our requests. The beautiful pool and patio was the highlight of our stay. Adults and kids loved it.”

“We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it”

“Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! ”

“The location was beautiful, check-in process was simple, but the house needs some attention. I sent a list of things to the property manager who assured me those things would be addressed. Probably the most impactful to us was the lack of hot water all weekend, although i didnt mention anything until the last day because i didnt want to deal with someone in there repairing or replacing a water heater while we were staying there. Again, beautiful location and that deck is very nice. ”

“We had a great stay for a group of 4 in this cosy little home. Attended a wedding and room for us to get ready. Walking distance to Prospect Ave and plenty of restaurants. The walkway behind was pretty this time of year. ”
