“We enjoyed our trip to Peoria. It was a half-way point between Kansas City, MO and Lansing, MI to meet with my sister and BIL. When we arrived, we could not access the apartment. I called the manager and he responded very quickly and moved us to a lower-level unit. The apartment was clean but here are a few suggestions...the back bedroom that faces the hotel needs black-out curtains. The lights from the hotel lit up the entire bedroom all night, making it very difficult to sleep. The light……

“Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! ”

“Loved the house. It was very clean and well kept. Owner was great. My kids loved playing darts and the billiard table. Loved the views of the river and big deck. Only regret was the weather wasn’t a little warmer to enjoy the deck more. Would definitely stay here again.”
