“Loved every minute of our stay. The views in every direction were amazing. Was a great home base for going to Yosemite. So peaceful and relaxing to return to in the afternoons. The whirlpool tub was wonderful. We also enjoyed how close it was to Mariposa, with many great restaurants. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beds comfy. Our host was very responsive and helpful.”

“The panoramic, scenic view of the Sierra Nevada mountains in the distance is stunning. Despite the chill, several of us thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck. One morning we awoke to a flock of turkeys foraging in the back area, only to have them return to the front yard several days later! The house’s layout proved ideal as each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom. We turned the media room into a fourth bedroom. The very large open area with a fireplace in the middle is……

“I booked this for mine and my husband's 23rd wedding anniversary and his birthday. Our stay was wonderful, they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and I do mean everything! Crock pot, walking sticks, extra blankets, etc. If you are looking for a place that is quiet you found it, we sat outside and drank our wine and listened to the birds chirping. After a day of hiking around the Mariposa Groves and Yosemite, it was so nice to come back to a nice comfortable bed. As we……

“The property was about hour drive on a scenic road to Yosemite N.P. The property was very clean and Charles offered alot of good advice on Yosemite and where to get gas and groceries. The kitchen and master bath were amazing and well stocked with everything. The master bed was just ok and the couch was not comfortable for us but everything else was amazing. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Midpine cottage! The place was clean, beautifully decorated and full of thoughtful touches! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There are several spots around the property to relax- we especially enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. Jerry and Courtney were very responsive host. They even set out a bed, bowls and treats for our puppies which we really appreciate! Highly recommend this place and would love to come back.”

“Fun and pretty ”

“A weekend trip to Yosemite with the family was made easy with this location. We had 5 people and two pets. Communication with the property manger was fantastic. The property is out in the wilderness’s so be prepared for mosquitoes, bats, wasps, and spiders. Inside was super spacious for all of us so would would definitely stay here again when we come back to Yosemite. The drive there was gorgeous and totaled about an hour to get fully inside the park(the entrance is 35min). Loved our stay. ”

“This was a great place to stay when visiting Yosemite valley! Mariposa (including a grocery store and wonderful restaurants) are a quick 5 minute drive. It was great to come back from the park and soak in the hot tub! It was well equipped and had more than enough space for two couples and a toddler. He appreciated the available toys, too! The owner and property manager were very helpful and tried to assist us when we had car troubles, too! Would absolutely stay here again! ”

“Peaceful, well equipped cabin. Comfortable sofa, beds and chill out in general. Great for wildlife and driving into yosemite (Great Oak gate and Tioga pass) The decor and equip is a little dated but all works well and is a true home from home. Air con was great as was car port.”
