“It’s right on the Lake and there’s a boat ramp right next to the property. It was the perfect size for us and had all we needed. We suggest you get your supplies on the way out!It’s a drive to anywhere. We were there for Mammoth National Park, it’s a shorter drive if the ferry is open. We couldn’t figure out the tv’s though, and the outside of the property is a bit of a mess, but overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Perfect place for an escape from the city. Love the location, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but we were actually a short drive from town. Beautiful view of the sunset from the back porch, we saw tons of fireflies, and enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit! We were a party of 8 and we had so much space, plenty of beds and tons of seating!”

“We were traveling for a really important family event and I couldn't believe I found a house only a few mins from our loved ones homes! The house was exactly as pictured and has a lovely black maple in the front yard. Everything inside was perfect and clean, so comfortable!! It really was such a relief to crash somewhere nice after being awake 24 hours and driving forever. There is also a small park down the street that was lovely, and plenty of cafes around! This house is high and dry but was updated on the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We found everything just as promised and even better. “This is the perfect place to sit on the deck during the day or sit by the fire at night, we loved everything about this quaint little home! The stairs up and down were a bit of a challenge for my 81-year-old Mom, but she made the trip and the stairs like a champ! I would have given it a 5 star rating, but I won't lie - we were disappointed with the lake access (which is specifically why I picked this property), but due to recent rains and historic flooding in central Kentucky - the path to get……

“Loved this spot on the lake! Clean, kept up, private and easy process to check in and out. Its a little far from mammoth cave and the attractions but it is priced lower than places right next to mammoth cave. We were also traveling with two dogs, so that limited places we could stay. Sadly the Nolan preserve right next to here is closed due to flooding at this time. But I bet that is a beautiful place to take the kids and pets.”
