“Our stay here was quiet and relaxing. We were attending a wedding at Pretty Place Chapel which was very breathtaking. We also took a trip to Looking Glass Falls. It was amazing. We did have a medical issue that required to different trips to the ER. The owners were more than gracious in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond expectations to help. “The house was plenty big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The kids loved playing in the creek below and exploring around the property! The adults loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the sound of the small waterfall. The location was excellent for visiting waterfalls and swimming holes. We came back each day and cooked dinner (the kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils!) and made a fire in the fire pit! We made many great memories for our family at this……

“I've wanted to stay in a log cabin for some time now, and this one will be hard to top. It's forested, end of the road location make it a quiet respite from a frenetic world, although nearby downtown Saluda is far from frenetic - and that's a good thing! The deck puts you right in the middle of the forest, and the only sounds we heard were the running creek down the mountain from us and occasional birdsong. We ate out a lot but could've prepared a variety of meals with the kitchen……

“This property was great! If you have a pup, definitely bring them. The home was super cute and the decorations were fun. The whole patio was enclosed, so my pup and I could sit outside and he could watch the butterflies. They even had a grass area that was fenced in to avoid having to be leashed. The sliding rocks were so fun. The trees were blooming and had the most fragrant scents and pretty flowers.
