“Convenient location for our needs. Back porch was wonderful. The bathouse was a great addition. Lighting the campground was beautiful at night.All the conveniences needed was at hand. Needs light bulbs in every light fixture. Upstairs could use a good sweeping.Mammoth Springs State Park was a great outing and great food about 4 miles up the road.”

“Perfect little cabin on the river. Listing had everything that was listed. I had several pretty chilly nights and it had adequate heat to keep me warm! Plenty of cookware. Rather large kitchen for a cabin this size. From my understanding the owners live next door to the property, but they never once botbered me which is nice! Easy to get in and out. Road is a little bumpy in/out but any vehicle can make it. Would love to stay again in the summer so i can enjoy the outdoor seating and river more!”

“The A frame property over the large pond/tiny lake was exactly what we needed to feel secluded from the crazy life hubbub. Neighbors were quiet and thoughtful as they peacefully fished in their boats or from their docks. The kitchen, living area and the one bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs is just a bed and another twin bed. Tv up and down. The heater/air worked great. The deck and grill was awesome. The huge windows of the main area made me feel outside the whole time. The kayaks also a plus.……

“The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in a peaceful location. We were a bit surprised at the size of the "lake" as it ended up being more of a pond. We did take the kayaks out but the water is pretty nasty and not ideal for swimming or fishing. That was all fine though because thr purpose of our trip was to float the Spring River. Overall a great stay and i would return.”
