“Check in staff (Arthur/Tyler) were welcoming, friendly & professional. Especially Arthur who assisted in making an appreciated change to the room. We are elderly and had no idea the room was upstairs and a little more difficult to access. Arthur changed it to a ground level ADA room and made our stay wonderful. He was personable and made us feel at home. Thank you Arthur!”

We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “Review for Highlands Resort – Adults Only I had a lovely and relaxing stay at Highlands Resort. The setting is peaceful, the grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
