“This property was great for a spring break trip with my son. It is an easy walk to the resort, restaurants, and lifts. The condo was clean and had just enough functionality in the kitchen for simple meals. The hot tub was a great addition since it was operational during our stay too. ”

We only took away one star due to the bed. The mattress was VERY firm. We did not sleep as well as we would have liked. However, the bedding/mattress was very clean! “Location and amenities were everything we expected. Perfect for my family of four easy slope access. Appreciated the he bathroom nightlight and stocked dishes. Very clean. Would have loved the option for late check out and pool towels. Vacasa was responsive when needed, like when the Internet network wasn't populating. (Router was unplugged.). Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Convenient to restaurants and shops in Winter Park; very close to the free Lift bus stops to the ski mountain; and less than a 10 minute ride to the resort itself.The kitchen area is well stocked (though the coffee maker needs to be cleaned - I think there is a clog. A minor issue).The only disappointing factor was the building hot tubs were closed for repairs.Phil, the owner, was great to work with, responsive and accommodating!”
