“Just as advertised. Great stay”

“Very nice Florida room was an added benefit for snowy gear . Would of liked a coffee maker that was a full pot, but very nice that kireig coffe was made available. Close to all activities . Very comfortable furniture. ”

“Had a great time. Plenty of things for the kids to do, they especially enjoyed the trampoline and basketball hoop. We all enjoyed the local attractions such as putt putt and the Roscommon zoo. Would recommend this place to other families around 10 people.”

“We had an amazing time staying at the property and can’t wait to return!! The property is beautiful, and gives off a relaxing New England feel. The owners have all the best of the things you always forget! There was chalk, toys, seasoning, tea, cold water bottles and mini chocolate (which won the toddler over instantly!!) They equipped the place with s’mores supplies to go with the fire pit. We relaxed instantly and loved every minute of our visit. ”

“The property was just as described. We had a wonderful time. The neighbors were great, having our boat docked right there was perfect. The deck is perfect for enjoying the lakeviews. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable. The owner was very wuick to respond to questions.”

“Property was just as pictured - very clean and furniture and mattresses seemed firm and relatively new. Location was right on canal and saw deer out the window in the morning. Visited in winter so only recommendation I would make is to leave guests a shovel for possible snow removal.”

“Wonderful fall weekend get away up North on Higgins Lake. Cottage is fully equipped, nice clean home, comfortable beds and family room, nice fire pit and chairs. Close to community dock to watch sunset and launch kayaks. Great street to walk with views of lake. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“First the host was quick to answer questions so communication was very good. Unfortunately the property was not as expected. All main floors are warped. There was a grill as listed, just no grilling utensils at all. The grill was also missing an ash catcher. There is a movable fire pit, however you will be using it in your driveway and be looking at the neighbors vehicles. There is no lawn to use for a fire pit. There is NO public access to the water, we were told a one minute walk, this is……

“This property was perfect in location and was everything we needed and besides that very cute. I had a technical issue or two trying to do as requested, but aside from that I am totally pleased and so are my family members who were with me!”

“Had a weekend away with my dog and this place was great! So charming and cozy-and the owners are very dog friendly which can be a challenge with rentals. I loved the handcrafted touch of the cabin, down to the wood trim! So adorable. Pictures don’t do it justice! Would stay again!”
