“Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. We left and filed a complaint with VRBO only to have host have the audacity to……

Overall, my experience was quite positive and exceeded my expectations—until the final night of my stay. “Perfect location if you want to experience downtown Pittsburgh. Comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of The Strip and the Train Stop. The only thing that was disappointing was that the windows weren't clean so we couldn't see outside very well. ”
