“Howard is a nice distance from Salida, price was great and the drive is nice into the town.”

“My family and I stayed here for several nights and had a wonderful experience. The space was sparkling clean, the pullout queen bed was surprisingly comfy, and the environment was beautiful surrounded by tall pines. We even saw a herd of deer in the early morning. Will be renting from this company again. Checkin and checkout process were smooth, and it was easy to navigate to the cabin using Google Maps.”

“The house was larger than I expected. Very nice accommodations. The star is the outdoor space. The access to the river is fantastic. You can wade out or easily fish from the banks. Outdoor seating everywhere. Though the house has other homes around it, it feels very secluded. The hot tub is private while trees have leaves. The firepit area is completely private. There are numerous outdoor ring cameras on flood lights but at least no large animals can sneak up on you. We would……

“The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir ”

“Mediocre. The room is too warm and stuffy, air conditioner doesnt work well at all. Bedding, sheets, towels etc were clean. Bed was comfortable though. Hard to see parking lot entrance is hard to see in the dark.”

“The beds were clean. The shower had wet paper on the floor of the shower. The floors were swept but not clean. No iron or blow dryer.”
