“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was……

“This is a charming place to stay. Located in a beautiful historic area with gardens and rolling hills all around. Love the wine bar at sunset in the grand room/lobby. ”

“Very happy with my stay. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere and it's not particularly "nice," but it's only a 30 min drive from Philly. There are two parking spots available (first come first served) which were convenient for me. The room is clean and the bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. It's well stocked and there are cameras outside and in the hall and keycode locks to enter the property.”

“Property was nice, gym was clean. The pool on the other hand was very tiny. My only complaint is that I booked a king sized bed and they put my wife and I into a double queen room. We checked in late afternoon and had been in the car for so long and we just stayed in these accommodations as it appeared there was a wedding party staying at the hotel and by this time I just wanted to relax instead of dealing with the hassle of switching rooms to what we paid for. ”
