“I booked this hotel because of the positive comments, yet I was rather disappointed after having stayed for five nights. No change of bed / pillow sheets everyday. “Jacuzzi Suite, paid around 4, 000 baht/night, which the hotel didn't deliver. # we tried to call the reception for few times within two days but no one pick up the phone. # we found there were many mini insects ON THE BED, I killed a lot. # housekeeping was not good. It was not a 4 stars standard. ＃bed sheet condition is not good, and they didn't change it after housekeeping. #breakfast is super Lame. #sea views was fine, but no able for swimming. “別墅的景觀很漂亮，可以看到海也可以看到森林跟小山景，服務也不錯，缺點是交通進出如果沒有自己開車真的很不方便，早上參加龜島浮潛，接送的車子只能在山下等，要步行下去，出入叫出租車花費不低，一定要議價，蘇美的出租車實在太貴了。”

“The staff at the reception is extremely friendly and helps you with everything. The staff at the restaurant should be friendly. Most time they have a grumpy face and are not that friendly. The room was perfect. Highly recommended! Very, very clean, in great condition and newly renovated. In the room above us was a family with little baby which cried a lot and that was not so funny for us as a couple. Also in the neighbourhood families with little children or loud youngsters. “Det var et fantastisk ophold i smukke omgivelser. Morgenmaden var lækker, og maden i restauranten var fremragende. Serviceniveauet var højt. Vi bookede aktiviteter gennem hotellet, herunder en elefanttur og to dagsture med privat chauffør. Priserne var gode, ligesom hvis vi havde bestilt det i byen. Vi rejste med vores 1-årige søn, som blev mødt med stor venlighed af hele personalet. Vi var der i nogle dage, men kunne nemt have opholdt os en uge. Virkelig et dejligt sted.”

“設施頗舊，路過啲人從門鎖外鎖內鎖就知道住戶在房內。可以改變大門鎖，以防洩漏私隱。熱水壺太殘舊，要掹走插蘇，先至可以攞去加水。插蘇頭配置不合時宜，每個人都有幾部電子儀器要叉電，插蘇位置不夠，而且偏低，冇UBS。浴室只有掛大浴巾的位置，沒有地方掛面巾或頭巾。房間面積較少，澳門的新興酒店房間，寬敞簡潔，陳列藝術品作裝飾 ”
