“房間還蠻大的，床很舒服，服務人員態度很好，但是地理位置較偏僻，如果有車會方便些。離拉邁海灘車程約２０分鐘，查文海灘車程４０分鐘，如果喜歡熱鬧，這裡並不適合你，附近沒有任何商店，只有兩家小餐廳。我在附近租車，每天往返查文海灘和拉邁海灘，浪費許多時間。”

“Jacuzzi Suite, paid around 4, 000 baht/night, which the hotel didn't deliver. # we tried to call the reception for few times within two days but no one pick up the phone. # we found there were many mini insects ON THE BED, I killed a lot. # housekeeping was not good. It was not a 4 stars standard. ＃bed sheet condition is not good, and they didn't change it after housekeeping. #breakfast is super Lame. #sea views was fine, but no able for swimming. The staff was nice, but we didn't enjoy……

“Beautiful hotel”

“大推！如果下次再來蘇梅都會選擇white sand，一流！細心，乾淨，餐廳好吃，沙灘自成一角，每位員工都笑臉迎人！我們一行10人，入住前電郵酒店幫我們安排在附近，他們說儘量安排，最後check in時幫我們全部安排了在一起，全是相連房間！真的值得一讚！”

“Overall it's pretty comfortable. Very private. Location is not the most convenient. Service is very good. There's only one restaurant at the resort. It's pricy compare to most of the restaurants on the island. Food is average. When we first entered our villa, there was a big area of staining on the floor. I asked about it, they told me it was part of the flooring....... ”

“旅館的服務人員十分友善，遇到問題會盡全力協助解決。飯店位於小徑的山坡上，各房間又非常分散，我們入住的那晚剛好有貓在房外亂跑，不但很吵鬧還把門口的陶器撞破。飯店的泳池不大但景觀很好，餐廳在泳池旁邊，早餐相當豐盛！”

“It’s a really quiet place to lived in. The reception is very good in many’s to result your problems. It very close to the main waking street, diners, tough place,and night clubs. If you want some peace in mind, here is the place you want to stay in. By renting bike,you can go any beach you want.”

“The staff at the reception is extremely friendly and helps you with everything. The staff at the restaurant should be friendly. Most time they have a grumpy face and are not that friendly. The room was perfect. Highly recommended! Very, very clean, in great condition and newly renovated. In the room above us was a family with little baby which cried a lot and that was not so funny for us as a couple. Also in the neighbourhood families with little children or loud youngsters. The beach area……

“Die Matten sind sehr kaputt und die Matten müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Auch die Sonnenliegen teils schwarz und kaputt, das gibt leider eine Abwertung für die Nutzung und das Auge. Die Matten sind recht schwer und Nass, weil sie am Abend nicht eingesammelt werden.”
