The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities.

“It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.”
“I stayed in this hotel for Asia game. Overall, the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and comfortable. the only down side is the breakfast is not very good, limited choice of food. Breakfast time 7-10am, I came down at 9:20, no refill for food or drinks. and some food doesn't look very fresh, charging RMB 106 per head is way too overprices.
Overall, this is a nice hotel as the room is clean, spacious and friendly staff. ”
"Heavy cigarette smell in the room. Someone smoke in next room and the smell go into my room. Have complained to Hotel. They do nothing but try to comfort me to offer room change. They are unwilling to find out root cause to stop it. The way they handling complaint is not deserved 5 star rating. The ventilation system is extremely poor. The smoke detector cannot detect smoking inside the room. Extremely disappointed. "
