“From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool……

“酒店本身挺不错的，前台友好，因为在好订网上错订成双床房，打网上客服怎么也改不了，只能在前台跟酒店沟通，前台说并没有跟好订网直接合作，只是通过第三方平台，这让人对这个好订网和酒店的沟通能力表示怀疑，酒店有房，但是平台就是不给改房型，怎么也想不通。 回到酒店，干净，整洁，服务员热情友好，设施齐全，还会再来，赞一个！”
