“This property has a lot of potential but needs some TLC to be a great stay. You really aren’t able to fish or swim. It needs some sort of dock to get past all the buildup at the bank. Overall we did enjoy our stay but there were just a few little things that need to be addressed. ”

“Our family stayed here for Easter weekend. It was perfect for our needs, plenty of space and the quiet and serene neighborhood was an added bonus. You are allowed to use the private walking trails, playground and pickleball court which are right across the street from the home. The home had everything we needed to prepare an Easter meal, and a high chair and pack n play were also provided. This property is away from downtown Waco, but a short drive to get there. “The place is great. This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay here. The ONLY thing that brings down the rating is the foul mouth person staying in a different place on the property. As my wife and I enjoyed a beautiful, cool eveing on the porch, a guy gets dropped off and starts yelling at the person who drove him. Multiple F-bombs at the top of his lungs lasted for awhile. After the driver left the property, the guy started yelling at someone who was in the place he was staying. Not going to lie, my……
