“My family stayed overnight at the Hillsboro House. We chose this home because it is pet friendly. My mom, stepdad, aunt, and I stayed at the house with my mom’s dog, and there was was more than enough space for everyone! We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard! It was an excellent place for us to relax and catch up. The hosts were accommodating and responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling in the Hill County area!”

“Spent two weeks at this BnB. House is about 90 years old but was a nice stay. Issues were cars with loud mufflers tearing down the street at all hours. Host was receptive to concerns and addressed them promptly. Fire alarm went off a couple of times but have no reason why this would have done so. Price of stay was competitive and was close to our family that live in Hillsboro. ”

“Very disappointed in this rental company. We didn’t stay. A surprise visit from our daughter and she wanted to join us in Waco to see her brother play. So 4 days out we asked to cancel because the space could not accommodate a third person. We were ignored by the property owner but 2 other management people said no, you can’t. So we booked at yet ANOTHER hotels.com property. We have a property and we host as well and we have always been accommodating because sometimes unavoidable things just……

“Our family of 11 including 5 children spent 3 nights at the Florence Family farmhouse such wonderful accommodations, so much inside and outside space very kid friendly Very clean and beautifully decorated. 5 star resort all the way. Highly recommended for a large family or friend group!”

“Found the location to be ideal right next to heritage homestead (literal walk to end of driveway) and minutes from Waco. However, probably closer to 10 yrs older then photos in listing. Roof chairs were broken from sun+ aging it appears. Despite our trying to contact listed # by phone and text provided in our reservations there was absolutely NO reply or help. The light blocking curtains by the bed have stains, holes and are shorter then the opening. Tv wood art doors are missing which cause……
