“Location is great with a park by the Gulf. Good food selection. Rooms were clean although they are dated. With updated rooms this place would be 100% booked. Overall we had a good stay. ”

“No better place to stay on the Gulf in Florida. Loved watching all the boats go by on the canal system. Our 29' boat fit perfectly at the dock. Marina, ramp, and bait shop all very close by. Easy access to the Hudson channel. Fishing was great offshore. Hope to come back! ”
