“The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, TV in both rooms, ceiling fans and table fans provided (love this-must have fan noise to sleep), shower had great pressure and great temp water, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen even a blender for pool side drinks. Host was very responsive and accommodating; we were able to check in early which was great since we arrived hours before check in. Thank you for everything the house met our needs and we enjoyed……

“The stay was very nice. Only issues we had involved the WiFi but the host came to fix that quickly. As well as some parts of the home, specifically the bathroom, was much shorter then anticipated. “The unit was spotless clean. Beautful beaches about a ten minute drive away. Numerous dining options close by. Biking and walking trails within walking distance. Parking was directly in front of the unit. Their is a nice fenced yard, with a charcoal grill. Which was a blessing. We loved Ozona for dining and music. The host was easy to deal with and communicative. Plenty to do in downtown Dunedin. A great getaway.”

Host was helpful answering questions before our stay and accommodations were top notch. “Small but layout was great. Quiet and the sky is pitch black at night. Small patio in the back is screened in. Bed was so wonderful it was hard for us to get out of it. Kitchen has everything you need even Keurig so make sure to bring coffee. Owner was great and so was communication. For us the location was wonderful. We will be staying there from now till my Mom passes.”

“The beach is a very short walk from this cute cottage. Crystal Beach is more like a few pocket beaches, we had a pocket to ourselves. Very quiet, residential area and void of tourists (except us!) The cottage is small but very comfy and well apointed. Definitely coming back. ”

“The place is cute with gorgeous views (except you can see right in the neighbors living room from the balcony) the tenants were nice but almost all in their late 60s-80s. Not many families so our kids didn’t meet any other kids. Great fishing and can see dolphins on the bay. Inside needs a little work - dishwasher and kitchen sink leaked . Master toilet was wobbly and tub didn’t drain properly. And bathroom door didn’t latch - also a painting was poorly mounted near front door and would get hot……
