“hard to contact if you check in after 5pm. i didn’t get any contact by email or message before check in, but they saying i should find information from their email, no email at all, we arrived, nobody in the front desk, and we called 4 times then get the human hold the phone, she admitted they didn’t email before we come, i can not imagine if at that time my phone off, what can i do. Check out time is 11am but at 10:40 a man stepped in our room without any permission, i don’t think this is……

“Very nicely appointed spotless unit in a great location. Within walking distance to brewery, a variety of restaurants, a park and the walking trail. Previous review complained about beds and bedding, We didn’t think there was any issues with these. We spent 5 nights there for a family high school graduation weekend. ”

“The owner was very easy to get ahold of. She was able to handle a couple of small difficulties in a fast and efficient manner. She also was able to answer all the questions I had. The place was well stocked and clean. However, The views from the condo were spectacular was its biggest draw. ”

“We met here with family from Illinois, Georgia and Maryland. The condo, grounds, and amenities were just right for us. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, playing pickle ball, tennis, and swimming in the beautiful pool! The views and sunsets were outstanding, and the local restaurants were top notch! The location of Hudson was just right as well. It was within an hour for us to visit the manatees, Clearwater area beaches, Honeymoon Island, and Tampa airport. Five stars!”

“We were very impressed with the property. Never using a VRBO before we didn’t quite know the process but it went very smoothly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The people on the property were all very friendly. Would absolutely stay again if in the area. ”

“The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, and has a nice lanai with a lovely view of water and trees, and a large, warm, beautiful pool. It was a little confusing at first knowing which door to enter the building, but we figured it out. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and windy the first two days but then turned warmer.”
