“What an amazing hotel. We were so happy to have booked 2 nights in the White Lotus Hue. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue and were a bit tired when we arrived. They took our bags from us, said we could go and use the pool and our room would be ready at 2. We used the pool facilities and had lunch at the restaurant. Our room as was promised was ready at 2 and they remembered us at reception. The room was spacious, had a bath and shower, great air con and fast wifi that didn’t drop……

“Hardware: the hotel is classic as a colonial style, good condition and spacious. Software: reception and the welcome manager are nice and friendly. They gave us a lot of local visit advices and logistic suggestion, even though we didn’t choose to use their service. It is convenience to take taxi (US$1) to the centre for dinning, by walk is 30 mins.”

“We stayed at Water Pool Villa for two nights, I don’t think this is a five-star resort. Don’t stay if you scared of insects, insects are everywhere, they fly to your food, your bed, your pool, your mouth. The facilities are just okay, kind of tiring. The kids club is quite terrible, no AC even it’s in 35 Degree Celsius. Spa is okay, not impressive. The buggy service definitely made the worst experience and ruined our day on our departure. It came too late leaving us no time for the buffet……

“What an amazing resort! Absolutely stunning and well kept. The staff and facilities were 10/10. We spent 9 nights at Langco Bay Retreat and used it as a base to relax and to explore central Vietnam. We stayed in an Ocean View villa with a private pool, which was amazing. It felt that travelling such a long distance (from the UK) and staying there for that period of time was quite unusual and that most people seemed to visit for a shorter time. On that basis, the resort really is a brilliantly……
