“Good location. Nearby for restaurants and mini mart. Local breakfast is much delicious. it charge not too much for our late check-out. Our son dropped accidentally and hurt his ear, friendly staff help to contact clinic nearby, especially thanks to manager- Mr. Anh Dung that help to go to clinic to register number for us. “Hardware: the hotel is classic as a colonial style, good condition and spacious. Software: reception and the welcome manager are nice and friendly. They gave us a lot of local visit advices and logistic suggestion, even though we didn’t choose to use their service. It is convenience to take taxi (US$1) to the centre for dinning, by walk is 30 mins.”

“What an amazing hotel. We were so happy to have booked 2 nights in the White Lotus Hue. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue and were a bit tired when we arrived. They took our bags from us, said we could go and use the pool and our room would be ready at 2. We used the pool facilities and had lunch at the restaurant. Our room as was promised was ready at 2 and they remembered us at reception. The room was spacious, had a bath and shower, great air con and fast wifi that didn’t drop……
