“Owner was very nice and the place was very clean and spacious. Cool loft vibe with high ceilings. Walking distance to Tom Lee Park. However, my friend got her car stolen while parked on the street out front. Police said there had been some cars broken into in the area in the past. ”

“It was clean and tidy and had all we needed. Only issues was a lot of the electrical plugs weren’t working to charge any devices and were loose. Highly recommend otherwise. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see and felt safe ”

“Its a cozy spot. Plenty of space inside. Not far from highway easy to miss.The directions were simple The parking is limited next to the building but garage is close. Unknown if evevator but secure location. ”

“This was a super affordable option for us as we traveled to Memphis for our daughter’s graduation. Apartment was clean, close to campus, and the owners communicated with us throughout our stay when we had questions about parking and check out. Although spots were limited in the back for parking, there was plenty of street parking out front and neighborhood seemed safe. Peabody 1 is Totally a “diamond in the rough!”. A secret gem. Thank you for making our stay amazing. ”
