“The home was exactly as advertised. Daphne was the most responsive host we have ever worked with. I contacted her with several questions and she usually responded within 15 minutes. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. The pool table was nice and we used it a lot. The home is close to the freeway which was a concern to me as I am a light sleeper. My concern was unfounded as once inside the home you do not hear the passing vehicles other than an occasional rumble……

“This is a nice clean, well kept home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you may need. The back yard was great for letting the dogs in and out. It is a great location for getting around Memphis. It's close to downtown and only about 20 minutes from Graceland. We will definitely reserve again if we return to Memphis in the future.”

“Very spacious , comfortable, and clean residence within walking distance to Beall St, the Fed Ex Forum, the Arcade Cafe, and the Lorraine Hotel/ Civil Rights museum. Nice that there was a 2 car garage. Felt safe walking to everywhere. Good directions from host. Only downside was the street noise at night( cars with loud mufflers, drag racing, loud music and loiterers) if you had the rooms street side. Had no problems with the stay. Would stay here again if in the area.”
