“Wonderful family first time trip to Memphis. Location was perfect! Just a 10 minute walk to Beale Street. The beds were super comfortable!”

“Warning do not rent- this house is the worst I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t use the top floor because the AC went out and it was 90 degrees upstairs. The exterior of the home was unkept, cracking, peeling paint, glass door was missing on back door and spider webs were everywhere. The home online was blue and when we arrived it was gray. The doorbell was missing and wires were sticking out. The vents on the floor were dusty and broken, one of the vents had a manhole and we had to cover it……

“Really lovely apartment- opposite a little park which has some interesting events going on. There’s a bar around the corner (Irish pub) which is very welcoming. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it is quite calm and cool. We had such a wonderful stay in Memphis- friendly people, welcoming atmosphere and loads to see and do. Jon the owner is exceptionally helpful and communicative Thankyou Jon! ”

“Exactly what we were looking for. Great location to Beale street, can walk with ease to and from and feel safe streets well lit. Private parking was great, this was for an all adult event we had we were in and an out a lot. Well stocked with cleaning and toiletries. There was no reason for me to reach out to the owner, everything was explained with ease no complaints.”
