“I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. “Staff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety. Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money.
