You can prebook the shuttle bus online at 6Rm per person. Since there is no free shuttle bus provide hence there is no need to book hotels around there. Is inconvenient to go anywhere. “The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are……

“Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone. Rooms and surroundings can be improved compared to other hotels surrounding this area with similar……
