“We stayed 3 nights in May 2025 and used the home as our base for visiting Boston. The red line is about a 10 minute walk. You can get to wherever you want in the Boston area. It was a bit of a commute on the train, but worked fine for us. The apartment is as pictured and described. Washer/dryer was handy. Two beds and baths. Kitchen had some dishes and cooking equipment, but not a ton. There was a Keurig coffeemaker but no toaster. Cute little balcony felt private. Grocery store and pharmacy……

“Jenny was responsive, helpful, and kind in assisting with our questions and needs. Home provided an abundance of space, extremely clean, and everything we needed for our time in the Boston area. Roadway is slow, but when traffic is heavy backing out of driveway is tough. Tip - back in when you return to house, as pulling forward is a breeze. Take advantage of Caddy Memorial Park where you can walk around both a wetlands area and ocean across the street and free parking. ”

“Some family and I came to visit my cousin who moved out here for school. It was just what we needed! Had a great time ”

“Our host met us upon our arrival. We got there about an hour later than we expected, but still before dinner. Rick was there and explained every bit of the apartment and it was actually better than described. We were in the area to meet up with friends, and didn’t plan on doing any cooking at the apartment, and that was a shame. The appliances were brand new, including the 6 burner gas stove. We did use the coffee pot and the refrigerator, but ate out every meal. Rick has supplied a great……
