“Group of 12 all family came to the area for a celebration of life for a deceased relative. Ashes were spread off the Captain John and Son that was rented and catered for the celebration. Great job by Capt John’s Boat Tours and the Caterer Salt of the Earth Catering. The location of this property is close to all amenities and the owner- Johanna was very friendly, very responsive to any communication and was available if needed. She also checked in with us to make sure all was good along with……

The Mayflower had the perfect space for a family of 3 to visit the beach. Kitchen was a great size and well stocked. The property owner has always been nearby and responsive when we needed something. It’s great that you get two off street parking spots.”
