“We were a group of 20, ages from 7-74. We did book our 3 chalets 10 months in advance. Lindsey promptly answered each and every question and was able to accommodate changes when she could. The chalets were clean and welcoming. The wifi was easily accessed. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen utensils for cooking our evening meals. Believe me when I say we used every bed space, even a fold out couch. We were so happy to be able to just walk across and visit/make plans for the next day in each……

“Wow, this place was cool. After seeing the pictures, we had to check it out. The location was most notable - right next to Chair 3 & Hope Slope run, with terrain park just beyond that. We were able to watch the boys do jumps from inside the house! The tower was a really cool unique feature. “We had the best time in Whitefish at this chalet. Beautiful view. Very nice, clean property. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the home. We did not rent a car. We bought groceries on the in from the airport, and door dashed the rest. Base lodge and multiple chair lifts were a very short ski ride down a small hill. We utilized the snow bus to go into town, and Ubers were also easy to get. Two families of five (6 children total) had a very comfortable, fun stay. And there was still……

“A true ski in ski out! Beautiful views of mountain and very tastefully decorated. Very comfortable accommodations. The only complaints I had was there were no large serving utensils (soup ladle, slotted spoon etc) and the parking garage keypad didn't work quite often so I had to get out of my car and go through a door to open from inside. “Great place to stay near Glacier National Park. Apartment over a garage - private and easy to access. One other rental plus the owners on a large property. Host was wonderful with communicating. The cell service was really not enough to access the internet for us, so be sure to get the access instructions downloaded before you arrive. Columbia Falls is a great little community- a bit more low key than Whitefish, less tourist overrun than Hungry Horse or West Glacier. Highly recommend the Big Sky……

"Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
