“Great spot with lots of little special touches that made for a fantastic stay. Lake was low, weather was bad, and STILL had a GREAT time. Highly recommend! ”

“Spent spring break with two families in the house. Loved the size of the home, everyone was very comfortable, the outdoor space was a dream, the pool was such a treat. The home needs some TLC and small general maintenance completed. There were outdoor lights burnt out, closets had no hangers, dryer only had one setting to work. Removal of broken pool toys. All small details that would increase the enjoyment of the property. ”

“We were looking for a nice place to stay that was centrally located to the courses we had lined up for the weekend and really hit the jackpot with this house. The checkin process was super simple with a doorcode texted to us en route from the airport. When we arrived the hosts had the arcade room lit up ready welcome us in like the grownup kids we were for the weekend. The fans and air conditioning were on for a perfect climate, and my discerning nose couldn’t detect any weird smells, which is……

“Cute place for a quiet weekend getaway! Would love to see some outdoor stringy lights in the front fire pit area with a little L shaped corner privacy fence and “cowboy” pool/hot tub! Will stay agin. ”

“Beautifully designed home. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of board games, the pool table, and a few outdoor games kept us entertained. And of course the views of the hills are wonderful. There's lots of shade on the patios which keeps it cool even on hot days. Beds are very comfortable. Overall excellent stayOnly thing to recommend is that they change they shower curtains in the guest bathroom downstairs as it is too long for the tub and drags. Besides that the ”

“We had a family birthday party and stayed here with family coming from various parts of Texas. The house was clean and very accommodating. The girls loved the huge mirror in the hallway to get ready. The guys enjoyed the mancave garage conversion in the back. We were in town a lot and did not have time to use the fire pit or the hot tub. But, both were prepped and ready to go. It's a cool spot to rest between Gruene, shopping, New Braunsfels, etc. We'd definitely consider this property……

“This was a great place and perfect for our family of 4. One main issue we had (really the only thing) is there are no curtains in the bedrooms. It would be sooo nice if they added curtains to block out the morning light. Also, could use some updated sheets, the ones on our bed were pilling pretty bad. Other that those 2 things, it was a great stay and we hope to be back! ”

“This place was paradise to us. We wanted a cousin couples getaway without our children and this property did not disappoint. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided not to go into town until check out. The property is peaceful with a beautiful mountain view, lawn and there was even a garden. Us moms can appreciate a thriving garden. We already have planned on coming back. ”
