“Upon arrival I was told a “3rd party” changed our 2 bed room to a single king room. This was false since I specifically paid extra to have the 2 queen beds, but since they were sold out, they couldn’t offer me a solution. Expedia made it right by crediting me back a bit, and the hotel gave me a few bottle waters & 2 free snacks, along with a rollaway bed that was actually comfier than the king size bed.
