“The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. Actually, great overall, the only negative thing I could complain about was the very strong smell of cleaners in the room. We had to open the windows and turn the a/c on for a few hours before the smell was actually bearable to stay in the room. This is not good when you are allergic to scents!! We would definitely stay again, but would ask to view the room beforehand to make sure there was no strong smell of cleaners.”

“A delightful beautifully decorated Victorian hotel from 1875. A very nice parlor to relax in with games for the kids and an equally charming dining room. Breakfast if you want it. Your host, Simone, loves to talk with her guests and is very helpful. Several good restaurants just a block away”
“Great location and stay. Rooms are renovated with all new TV, fridge, microwave, and bathroom. Tub is wide and deep (good for soaking in). Breakfast was really good with hot scrambled eggs, sausages, and potatoes and Tropicana orange juice (which I like). Views from the room and the breakfast area looked out over the harbor. Would definitely stay here again. ”
