“Perfect house for our time spent at Bass Lake - 4 adults, three kids, 10 and under. The house is perfectly appointed....everything you need is there. The property manager was also extremely friendly and attentive; they checked in multiple times to ensure everything was in order. A 2-minute drive down to the Bass Lake Village. All of the neighbors are welcoming and super warm. We highly recommend this home wholeheartedly. ”

“Cute house with the private backyard. Everything looked clean. Shower was amazing - super clean and big. Hot tub very relaxing especially in the evening before bed. Owner was super friendly - he did a walk through during check inn. Left free snacks for us in the living room. We also got a discount from him for the bar and grill by the lake. And 1 hour of free kayaking , which we used. We had an amazing time - I highly recommend!”

“There is so much space. And pleanty of games to keep everyone occupied. Tons of movies as well. The resort was walking distance and the activitiy center snd play ground were near by. The rooms were nice and the two balconies had beautiful views ”

“This unit was good overall. In a small town a bit in the middle of nowhere, but that was clear when booking the property. Very clean, as pictured, good amenities for a small unit. Perfect for a night or two. Only downfall is this suite is connected to the main house and there is no noise cancellation between the 2 spaces, so you hear everything going on in the main house. The hosts were not loud, you could just hear daily living. Hosts were great with communication and we enjoyed our stay!”

“We used the house for a ski trip to China Peak. It was about a 35 minute drive to the resort from the house. The house was clean but there were a few things that show a little wear. It appears that some of the flatware has gone missing over time, so plan for that. The house was spacious and had more TVs than we used. Really quiet neighborhood We would definitely stay here again. ”
