“The property manager, Stormy Barnes, is fantastic! The property is not. There were nice touches, like a comfortable king-size bed and nice soap, but they could not make up for the terrible smell of the place and the moldy towels. The property may want to invest in a water filtration system. I could smell and taste the water from 3 feet away. I was worried people could smell it on me after my shower. Stormy is great, but I could not stay here again until a lot of improvements are made. ”

“Nice home and location. Beautiful view of the lake and large patio, although we didn’t use it. Great kitchen and downstairs living area. Very nice bathrooms. Overall, a very nice experience. Part of the house is a little older, but apparently slowly being renovated. Would rent again. ”

“Our stay at the Bigfoot cabin was a mixed review for us. What drew us to this advertisement for the Bigfoot Cabin was the Bigfoot decor.My late husband was a diehard Bigfoot enthusiast, therefore it seemed only fitting that our first annual family mountain vacation without him was somewhere my children's families and myself could honor his memory . While our overall impression of the "cabin" was satisfactory ,we were surprised to find that it was "not" a cabin but fact a home with an attached……

“Great property, would definitely stay there again”

“We stayed here for 2 nights and I am sad to say that we were uncomfortable the entire time. This is my first time using Vrbo, but I have used similar apps before and I have never had such an issue with cleanliness. At first I noticed some things like a hair in the fridge, the rugs were all dirty, there were bits of dirt or something of the sort on the comforter, and there were a lot of cobwebs. Considering the property is in the middle of the woods I ignored the cobwebs and dirty rugs, but later……

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, and we loved the heater in the bathroom! The house had some wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and was very quiet. We also enjoyed the great view of the stars. Would definitely recommend. ”

“The place is cute cozy just a couple things I would recommend as it was in the 100’s a sun umbrella on the deck for shade would’ve been nice and the key digital pads should be changed we had a hard time opening to keep the number pad from showing up was terrible we thought it was just at arrival we ended up just leaving unlocked during our stay. We met the tentants downstairs they had same issues. The main house had a friendly small dog who would visit us which we love pets but both mornings……
