“Liked the location of the property as it was central to Zion, Snow Canyon, Silver Reef, Cedar Breaks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and plenty of BLM land to run around on. Only 3 blocks or so from Davis Grocery and Hardware. Mountainview Bible church is nice with friendly people. Carlton answered our plea for help with the A/C return air intake which was very helpful.
